I am definitely doing the happy dance about reaching goal...
Weighed the same this morning. Several days I was under goal,
so my body is adjusting to the new plan.
Really not that new...I continue to use 3-4 MF packets and then add the extra's.

I have rewarded myself with a manicure/pedicure for an upcoming trip next week to Branson, MO!
How sweet it is!

I am so grateful to all of you for helping me get to this place in my life!

I still have a long way to go ... about 70 to 85 pounds ... but very soon I'll get there. My goal is to be out of the house of the 200s before the end of this year for sure ...
