Taken this morning, ready to go out the door and conquer the world!
Well, maybe not the world, but thankful for the health and fitness that I have already seized.
Over a year ago I reach goal, and I stubbornly hold on to the prize!
My good wishes to you all for a Happy Thanksgiving and a Blessed Christmas Season.

Lizabette, I don't come by too much any more but I was so glad to see your picture today - you were right at the top of the unread threads. You look wonderful and you are such an inspiration to me! I hope that I am such a beacon for even one person in my life. Thank you for sharing yourself with everyone here.

Thank you for your kind words. I'm thankful for all my blessings...


If we are able to find out the sex, I'll let you know. I didn't trust it last time - the first ultrasound my daughter wasn't cooperating and the technician couldn't tell the sex - and by the time they said it was a girl in my second ultrasound, I just wasn't willing to believe it until I saw her myself. But anyway, I'll let you know what they say!

I have to say 'no' on the name, though. It might be silly but I've never put my daughter's name on here, either, or my own or my husband's. Besides, I haven't decided on anything yet - but I'll be sure to let you know some of the frontrunners when the time comes.
