This is my "BEFORE"picture before beginning Medifast (taken about June, 2005.) :roll:

And this is my "HALFWAY" 30# loss picture taken Sunday April 9, 2006 :D

This has been an exciting ride... :redprowl: but it ain't over 'til the 'skinny' lady sings! :whistle:

Wow the weight you have lost so far has really made a difference, you look younger and definitely happier! Way to go hot mama! :)

You are such an attractive lady and your weight loss has made you even more so! You should be so very proud of your success and I know you must be feeling FLABULESS! Nancy uses 'Leopard Woman' for her post weight loss nickname and I think 'The Silver Fox' may be a perfect nickname for you when you reach your final goal.
