Lizabette After One Year of Maintaining!

Check out my Before picture of 195 pounds...followed by my Halfway picture of 30 pounds less.

Next is my Almost There picture of 55 pounds gone, and there I am celebrating 60 pounds gone!

Finally, this is the New Me after more than a year of Maintaining! PTL!

Oh my goodness, Lizabette!

You started out beautiful and have become progressively more amazing with each photo! And...your inner beauty is even more lovely!

Thank you for all that you do to encourage and uplift everyone on this forum. I'd also like to thank you (and Robin, and Jo, and Lauren) for being so persistently present with your maintenance modeling for all of us. I really appreciate you.

Lizabette, I agree wholeheartedly with what has been said, and I appreciate having you and all the maintainers on board to take the mystery out of 'I lost weight, now what?'

Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

Beautiful

The hardest part is keeping the weight off. Medifast makes losing easy when you stick with program but keeping it off is the hardest. You are great. Your success helps us all.

It is absolutely amazing to me that so many of you have responded to my progress and one-year maintenance pictures!
But I thank you all from my heart. :heart:
I'm sure that many of you will someday be posting your own maintenance and one-year maintenance pictures, too.
Here flies my thanks to:
SOJ, CHARITY, BIK, TRACE, NICK, HOL, JOY, TEE, MICK, LAWOMAN, BIG RON, GINA & PET!
You are all the greatest!
It is so worth everything to have acomplished, what in my wildest dreams I believe is a miracle!
But more than that, I'm glad if what I've done has helped some of you to believe for your own miracle.
That is a double reward and blessing for me...
