I know the mantra...be compliant! But it is so true. When I started getting closer to goal I wasn't losing very fast. I chalked it up to only having a few pounds left to go. Then I took a hard look at how compliant I had been in the first months as compared to the last couple months. A little here, a little there, it all adds up...but you already know this. Then I just got back to basics and did EXACTLY what I did in the beginning, which was to follow the plan without any variation. The lbs started flying off again and I made goal.

Ask yourself what is important. Ask yourself this question every day and see what your answer is.

You say you are only human. What a joy that being human gives you the ability to have the will to make your best choices. The question goes back to "What is REALLY important"

I don't mean to preach, but I do mean to share with you the joy of making goal. I don't think I would be at goal now if I had not gone back to the basics and stuck to plan exactly.
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
