So, I found out that I cannot eat the Choc Mint bars. I ate one earlier in the week and it triggered a downward spiral which involved multiple bars and eventually going off MF altogether for a couple of days. I probably had about 4 or 5 days off plan. But I got back on it yesterday and am feeling much better about things.
