Oh my gosh...we just had an office party for our supervisor's 50th birthday. This picture is of me and my friend and co-worker Susan from this past weekend. I'm VERY excited about the way I look and I can say in public that I'm feeling pretty good about it.



HERE is the reason I am soooo proud of myself. This picture is of me and the same girl from Christmas 2004. I was 189 at that time and started medifast in March at 186. Needless to say there wasn't much of a difference with just 3lbs.



And then on the same day, here is a picture of me with another co-worker who is the office joker and he had said something that made me blush But the REAL shocker to this picture was seeing me at all angles!! OH MY GAWD!!



Dear friends I am very happy today to be going into my surgery at this point in my weight loss journey. I may have some more to lose after surgery and if I do then I have the tools to do it!! I am buying more product on the 16th (payday) so I'll have plenty on board when I'm in recovery. When I saw these pictures today I just couldn't help but share the difference.

Tears come to my eyes when I see what you have done for yourself! I ran across my college graduation picture a few months ago and could barely believe I looked that big 300 pounds and still eating like the world was ending tomorrow! I schredded the picture and now wish I would have saved it like you! You should be proud of yourself you look HOTTTTTTT!
