Helloooooooooo everybody

Don't fall dead away from your computer chairs because you're seeing a post from me

I've been away from the computer but not away from all of you in my thoughts and prayers.
I've maintained all of my weight loss thus far

But I'm still struggling to get those last few lbs off. I've continued to use my medifast daily and although I've never transitioned, I haven't been 100% on plan either. I'm glad to know that I can use my medifast in my maintenance journey but I'm really hoping to get my muster up to go the rest of the distance. The past 6 months since the passing of my Dad I have struggled to care completely about myself. I've just been in a dazed and confused state and I'm simply glad I didn't backslide into oblivion with my weight. So today I'm right where I left ya'll, and hoping to see the scales moving downward again.
I read all of your posts from the roll call today and wewwwwwwwww there are alot of new and exciting losers on here. I see some incredible weight loss stories and I've been seeing some gorgeous pictures on in the studio.
I hope I'm not completely forgotten around here. Several of you have written me emails and that has really meant alot to me.
So here's to all our successes and I hope you'll be seeing me a bit more regular around here. Just know that medifast continues to be my "diabetes medication" and I doubt I will ever be without it. Maintenance is possible and I'm living proof of that. Wish me luck with the last 10lbs.....they're KILLING ME
Biggggggggg Christi Hugs
