Glad to be home, but the family does not eat greens , they will though...they just don't know it yet!

You have done a wonderful job, don't stop now, you will spend the winter in sweaters that make you look like a snow bunny! You will be proud you ignores the other bun bun at Easter.

Believe me maisy, i had a slight diversion...it was called "taking grandma to the movies". I decided that i wanted to get outta the house anyway so i took grandma to the movies. Grandma sat munching her hot buttered popcorn and mountain dew and i sat there with a large diet pepsi. I am not really a soda drinker (esp. not dark sodas) ut i kept sipping to keep from digging into the popcorn bucket. Besides, i know EXACTLY how much extra butter i squirted on for grandma. So the diet pepsi worked except for the fact that it had me squeezing my legs together to avoid getting up to go to the bathroom (all the way down the other end) and miss something in the movie. Hindsight is 20/20, duh! I coulda just ordered a large water to increase my water intake for the day. I probably would have enjoyed that more, especially since it wasn't washing down the buttery, salty popcorn! Key word: buttery

OC, I love you, a woman after my own heart, wanna run away to Butterritaville? Oh, thats right, I'm married, not ot mention straight...see the talk of butter just sets my heart to flutter.

BUTT and I mean BUTT

BUTT, butter is SOOOO much healthier than margarine, see we are safe!

All my family has passed, I am very sentimental about my grandma, she loved butter too, it's nice that you spend the time, many don't and then they regret it. My kids and I are going to go adopt a southern grandma at an old folks home next month, actually I plan on each getting one, those can be lonely places.

Shake on sister....

actually i was hoping to wake up sharing a club with you this morning. but alas, it's midweek and the scale always becomes my enemy midweek so needless to say, i was up .3
You better get a move-on girlie, i am gonna be there with ya by Sunday! Oh, on the mac and cheese thing... i was SOOOOOO glad that grandma didn't cook any for Easter. If she had, I would be NO WHERE near the 60lb club. I was tempted to make some and take it to her house but i figured it was against my better judgement. :-P So, nope...no mac and cheese for me, i'm trying to take my seat NEXT to my buddy in the 60# club. BTW, have you checked out Maisy? Craziness must flow free in the water in Georgia. You both seem to be sippin from the same reservoir! Ahem, i will say it for you...YES that same water flows to Jersey!

hey there miss maisy!! i was sooo busy today. I was running errands all day then had to go this evening to get waxed. My appointment wasn't until 7:45 and it is about 40 minutes from my house. The only reason i go that far is because i have been getting waxed by this same woman about every other month for AT LEAST 10 years. I've followed her to every new salon she went to. About a year ago, she moved to a new spa/salon 40 mins away when she USED to be only 10 mins away. I guess i don't want anyone else to have to get used to my fat thighs. I'm used to flopping my fat around in front of her so she can make me hairless. Actually, it was a WONDERFUL NSV because i had not seen her since september ~ decided to use Nair for a while (started mf in october) so she hadnt seen me. She FLIPPED when she saw how much weight i had lost. She made me spin around and said "did you leave me any thighs to wax?" I said, "oh believe me, it's still there, just a little less but it's being held together by these jeans". Ok, i know this may be TMI (too much information) for some, sorry it just made me feel great! Oops, maisy, i started off replying to you didn't i? hey OWTO, see? It REALLY is all about me! :-P

I guess the ashamed feeling is what originally had me following her all around. But now, we have become friends. I told her that i had a treat for her when i lose all of my weight. She said "what is it?" I said, "YOU GET TO GIVE ME A BRAZILIAN!!!!" :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: I had told her that a few years ago and i guess she thought i wouldn't be losing the weight and we never really talked about it again. So i had to REMIND her this time! Unfortunately, she said that she isn't doing brazilians anymore but there is a woman in the spa that specializes in them. Don't know how comfortable i am with that but as of now, i am making a brazilian one of my goal rewards! ok,ok, once again TMI...glad to see ya back d!

I want to go to the Brazilian party! I keep putting off making an appointment because a friend of mine had some of her skin ripped off during one. Definitely a deterrent for me. I'd like to keep all of my skin but I still want to try it at least once. I'm not one for pain, though. I almost cried the last time I got my eyebrows threaded.

My friend had a brazillian done. It hurt so bad she only had one side done. She cried for about an hour.

Bugs I totally agree about when you find a hair person and a good person to wax stick with it. I travel 30 minutes to go get my hair done and 20 minutes for my underarm and legs waxed.

We need to meet up one weekend.

you know, it's funny because the lady that waxes me was talking about how bad the brazilian hurts but then again, she says that underarms hurt and that seems to be the LEAST painful place for me. Underarms don't bother me at all...matter of fact, sometimes i will wax my own underarms.

Ok queenie, skin ripped off? Now that is definitely a deterrent. Maybe the wax was too hot or the skin wasn't being held/stretched properly? Please don't scare me anymore than i already am. I enjoy havng my skin EVERYWHERE, well except for these mushies i have right now.

Okay this will take some visualizing, but I have a funny. My best bud and I were in the bathroom at her house, shes in the tub, I doing a facial or something and she asks me to wax her eyebrows, she has never waxed before. We are like 24.

LOL So, I apply the wax and cotton, shes still leaned back in the tub and I say okay on 3 I will pull, don't lean forward.

What does she do LEANS FORWARD! Obviosly nothing came out. She never has forgiven me, eventually we go her done. The next time she moved she broke my toe with her couch, I swear it was retaliation.
