DAY 126
Well, as shown here in my journal, this week was not a pretty one for me. However, i am back to my old MF-self and back on track. I can't say that i came out of this week unscathed. I lost a total of 1.9 this week but if i add in the 1.4 i gained, i lost a total of 3.2. I CANNOT let this happen again. I was headed in the wrong direction on that lonely one way street. Had to make a U-turn. I am now even more proud of myself because i was able to turn it around. I KNOW ALL TOO WELL what coulda happened. Well enuff about that, it is now the past. Today is a new day, i am back to hour by hour. Just keep it movin'. Anyhoo, I just wanted to say thanks again to the support offered here on the forum. My numbers are still looking ok, could be better (and will be!)

I now will return to logging my meals and water consumption (something i had given up on this past week). I KNOW that was part of the problem. I also know that if i had logged everything that i had been eating, it may have been a true eye opener. On a positive note, i only have 38.2# left before goal and only 22# to go before i reach a healthy weight for my height. At this point, i'm not really sure where i will stop but i do plan on posting pics when i get to the 50# club. Maybe you guys can help me decide. Hope everyone has a wonderful upcoming week!
