OC girl DON'T beat'cha self up about that cinnamon roll..was it a CINNABON one??..i LOVE those...did'ja have coffee or KOOL AID with it???...anyway you're back on track now and that's what's IMPORTANT!! plus ya got mr. HOTTIE Mare sent to help ya out too..so you're good to go now..LOL!

no, thank goodness, it was just a regular cinnamon roll, NOT a Cinnabon, those things are like 700 cals each. I know, i used to be addicted to them. Actually, i think it was a coffee roll that i had. Whatever it was, it was good. But can i tell you that as of this morning, i ws back to my roll call weight? 199.2, Whew! back in the 40# club and back in onederland! I may not record a loss for this week but at least (hopefully) i won't have to report another gain. Off to drink some water.

Did you two guys realize that all the aggressive, sarcastic, mean people on this forum (like us) live on the east coast? It seems that the rest of the country is so much more caring and loving.

By the way, I am CEO of the scale junkies! I used to weigh in when I peed at 3:00 AM, then when I woke at 6:00, then at the nurse's office at work, then when I got home at 5:00, then after dinner, then before bed!!!!!

I don't think moving would cause us to be less agressive, less sarcastic or less mean it would simply spread out our agressive, sarcastic behavior to other parts of the country! :mrgreen:

I simply face the fact that this word is not perfect, everyone can not be kind and sugar coat things and everything in it is not always peaches and cream. If it was, we would not be fat, this forum would not be needed and they would not have created meds to balance brain chemicals! How bout that? So, to where are you moving?
