thanks guys! I am still on a kind of high today because i made it into the 30# club. Last time on MF i only made it to 22lbs lost and that was after i had added in cheats for around the last 2 weeks or so. This time around, i have made it to 30lbs with no cheating in sight. Given my recent scale fluctuations, i don't know if i will weigh myself in the morning. I think i might be devastated if i step on and it says 210.7lbs. That would put me at 29.9 lost. Some would still count it as 30 but i think it would upset me a little. That's one reason why i'm glad i'm at 210.1, ~ .5 above the 30# mark. Only the morning will tell whether i step on or not. I might be safe just not weighing until Sunday and being surprised. Hey scale whore...care to join me for Surprise Sunday?

You talkin' to me?!? Uhmmm, yeah! Let's do it! I was going to start my work outs today so I think it would do me good to stay off of the scale till roll call.

You in??

Nope, every other day is what I promised myself I would do. (I was going to start yesterday but I was beat and had some yard stuff to do so I did that) And, I am going to start light - lol. I think I may start with a walk on the treadmill and see how that goes. I spoke w/ Nancy last night and she suggested starting slow and building up.....when I stalled before I had jumped in with as much Ta Bo as I could handle - oops - lol.

You in on the work outs too?

of course!!!! I too will promise myself every other day but push for every day. This way, if i don't get to it one day, i won't feel so bad but i will be forced to do it the next. I don't have a treadmill, nor do i have the room for one so i will be doing "walk away the pounds" and throw in zumba, turbojam or taebo on off days. So workouts start today right? RIGHT! No Excuses. I don't care about more yard work or the sniffles that you caught from being in the yard yesterday! DO YOU HEAR ME GRASSHOPPER??? :roflmao: On your mark, get set...GO!

I have not purchased the slim in 6, how is it? I'm not sure about kym but my intention is to put in my journal whether i exercised or not. You only have a couple of pounds to go but c'mon aboard.

Yeah, i guess i always knew it would have to be fit in somewhere. I now have a lot of softness going on and i have to firm up a little somehow. I don't want my abs to be a big front of jelly. I've always had a fairly flat stomach for a fat person but now i can squish it a little and i don't like that. i appreciate you rooting me on!

I do the treadmill cause it is a NO BRAINER! I mean, even I can do the treadmill! The sucky thing is that the movers put it in the 'bow room'. that woud be the room that has all of the ribbon/supplies/photo studio/etc etc etc. It raises up when not in use and has been in the raised position since I moved in! LOL Trouble is, that isn't the cleanest room in the house - I mean it's a MESS! I'm going to need to rearrange things just so I can set the darn thing up - - I'd move it to another room but I know I'd never get it out of the door <sigh>. So, can I count cleaning the room as my work out today? LOL

We did the 2 mi dvd. It takes EXACTLY 30 minutes. So it is the equivalent of 4MPH but it also uses weights for the last 15 mins (2nd half). So YUP, you gotta work out!
