Now, I am just the opposite. I could pick it up, but my gag reflex would not let it come anywhere near my lips! I remember hospital testing where I was supposed to drink something or another and I couldn't do it. The stuff just would NOT go down. The nurse thought she would threaten me and say that if I didn't drink it I would have to have an IV. I put out both arms and said "Which one do you want?" She had never seen anyone willing to get the needle over the drink. What can you do when it just won't go down!?

hey lady! glad to see you stop in! Well, i guess i can say i am rockin compliance but not the scale. Hasn't moved since Sunday, well actually it moved UP .3 (didn't bother updating ticker yet) but i am still pluggin along. Trying to get in some extra water and REALLY contemplating those infusers... I could use another big week right about now. I don't know why but i am not really comfortable in the 180's. It could be just because i am getting closer and closer to goal and extremely anxious to get there. I WANNA SEE THE 170'S WAAAAAAHHHHH! Then again, we always want more than what we have, if i was in the 170's, i would want 160's, etc. Nonetheless, i am on my way. I am a little scared of my mushy stomach tho. DEFINITELY not bikini material. Yeah, yeah, i know...exercise more. I have improved, adding it WHEREVER I can. Unfortunately, i still haven't made it a consistent part of my routine.

Just remember, we all have times when the body says... okay, I'm gonna hang here for a few days and see how she likes it.

Things will kick in and next thing ya know... you'll be fittin' into that swimsuit you've been wanting to get into so you can crash Kyms house and hop into that hot tub. ;)

Keep it up chica.

Hey lay! Awesome to you and your compliance. Even when the scale fairy refuses to visit. I can say she hasn't been playing at my house. I was stuck at 207 point something for SIX days. I actually ordered some of that momentum stuff with this months order (should be here by next Wed). I'm excited to try them and see what they do.

Plus, what Mike said--body is just being stingy! She'll get over it eventually. You have a much higher chance of a BIG whoosh with 100% compliance. (OH MY GOODNESS-did I just say that? Ms. Queen on non-compliance?) I know, don't fall over or anything. Let's just say that Brenda got to me.

Keep trucking girlie!

Brenda Shmrenda! It wasn't me that got to you it was the money you think you are going to win in May. I'll just let you keep thinkin that though.

So Erica - your in a rut. That stinks, but you know you have been there before and eventually your realizes that it can't hang out there forever. You know as well as I do that when we are 100% compliant it is impossible to fail on MF! Keep on doing what you know you need to do!

OH, Ummm - I haven't heard any update on your works outs.... You are still working out aren't ya? Since I know you are might I suggest you add some speed or faster reps to the program. I am told that exercising faster is better than longer when trying to rev up the metabolism.

:roflmao: NOPE!!! You can attest to the fact that all this rainy/windy stuff pretty much had me stuck in one place if i want to keep the least bit dry. Actually, i JUST got back home. I have been inside with a pretty bad headache all day, then my neighbor called (who is like my sister) and she and her husband were stuck in Philly. They had gone to the Flower Show, parked in Woodcrest Station and took the train over. Well, lo and behold, all this crappy wind blew trees and debris all over the tracks so all trains back to woodcrest were cancelled. Needless to say, i had to go down to 8th and market to get them to bring them back over to woodcrest to their car. Not a happy time for me, blinding headlights from oncoming cars + a headache = even worse headache. How have you been doing back on plan? I see you got in just about all your supplements. How's the tummy feelin?

I did get them all in, I forgot to post the last one.

Woodcrest Station is about 6 miles from my house, they could have stayed at my place!

DAY 140

ok, here i am at day 140, i am down 52lbs total. YAY! This week has been a little hard. Staying OP wasn't the hard part, watching the scale NOT MOVE was the hard part. The 1lb i lost was lost overnight (last night). I know this is normal and like i say, i only believe the scale on Sundays anyway but it still becomes kinda frustrating. I know as long as i hang in there larger numbers will come (as will smaller ones). The only thing that gets me is i have made some changes and i don't know if they are affecting it or not. I have upped my intake of green tea ~more for other health benefits as opposed to weightloss. I dont use any sweetener in it. I have on average 2 sodas per week. Some days i have a bar, some days i don't and the big one is...i have switched my type of BC pill. I have felt bloated all week long and my belly has looked kinda puffy too. I don't know if this is from the new pill or not. But the good thing is, i am small enough to actually see and feel the bloat! YAY! I think this week, I will keep on the same schedule and see if i get the same results. If i do, THEN i will see what can possibly be changed. As far as exercise, i have been getting in about 2 days per week. It's not much but it is about all i have been able to squeeze in for now. *sigh* All in all, i look at the big picture and that big picture looks like a woman who has been motivated enough to lose 52lbs in 20 weeks, reduced her BMI from 35.02 to 27.45, is now considered "overweight" as opposed to "obese" and is only 17lbs above what is considered a "healthy" range. So the bigger picture is lookin pretty good! Have a great week everyone!
