As for the "idea", just look at the freedom that folks like Nancy have now. We are getting there too... Di may get to not be under the auspices of the school district next year.

YEAH, YEAH, YEAH... don't fret, my pet! I'm not too far behind ya. I'm only .3 away from last sunday's weight, still trying to right my wrong but i'm in it to win it. So when you move into the 60# club, your 50# club seat will still be warm by the time i take it. Hey, wine seemed to work for you. WTG girlie. So how much for this week so far?

You know, I don't think it was the wine but something sure heated up my system this week ;)! Shhhhh, don't tell but 4.2 already this week - can you believe it?!? I think my body just might be back on a roll :)

DAY 126

Well, as shown here in my journal, this week was not a pretty one for me. However, i am back to my old MF-self and back on track. I can't say that i came out of this week unscathed. I lost a total of 1.9 this week but if i add in the 1.4 i gained, i lost a total of 3.2. I CANNOT let this happen again. I was headed in the wrong direction on that lonely one way street. Had to make a U-turn. I am now even more proud of myself because i was able to turn it around. I KNOW ALL TOO WELL what coulda happened. Well enuff about that, it is now the past. Today is a new day, i am back to hour by hour. Just keep it movin'. Anyhoo, I just wanted to say thanks again to the support offered here on the forum. My numbers are still looking ok, could be better (and will be!)

I now will return to logging my meals and water consumption (something i had given up on this past week). I KNOW that was part of the problem. I also know that if i had logged everything that i had been eating, it may have been a true eye opener. On a positive note, i only have 38.2# left before goal and only 22# to go before i reach a healthy weight for my height. At this point, i'm not really sure where i will stop but i do plan on posting pics when i get to the 50# club. Maybe you guys can help me decide. Hope everyone has a wonderful upcoming week!

thanks hols...i guess i can't complain. I could wish for more but that might be greedy (and maybe unhealthy, for me). So, I'll take it, whatever the loss is. Hmmm...maybe the key is COMPLIANCE? I was slacking last week and then there were the holidays...Oh well, i have almost made it to 50# so there is something to be said for that! Keep on goin!

How the heck have you been? I appreciate the fact that you stopped in and checked up on me. I have been through some rough times but I always manage to get back in the swing of things.

Looks like you are knocking on the door to the 50 pound club...and I'm still trying to make it into the 30 pound club but hopefully the end of this month will prove a success.

I'm glad to be back on track.

Hey lady - thanks for the encouragement in my journal and for your prayers. The latest event will slow me down on working on your quilt, but I am sure you will understand.

Keep knocking on the door to the 50 pound club, someone is bound to open it soon. Good job on where you are based on where you have come from.
