Erica - I know you don't want to hear it, but maybe a little bit of that dredded "E" word would boost that weight loss??? Don't throw any tomatoes please - I am just making a suggestion here.

Did you get my note about the Zelnorm for your other issues? Really worked for me to get the plumbing working again after the surgery.

I am glad that writing in your journal made you feel better.

OK, i'm lost...what is the dreaded "E" word and whatever it is, i will take it if it boosts the loss right now.

Yes, i did get the msg about Zelnorm. Although i am not one for prescription meds. I found something in VitaminShoppe that seems to be working pretty well.

OH, I JUST FIGURED IT OUT!!! .THE DREADED "E" WORD... YUCK! i know it is inevitable. I have to start somewhere. What better time to start than January 1st (says the person who just said she doesn't like resolutions). I have to do something because my body is acting really funky right now. I also don't want to get the same reaction that kym had when she exercised (stalling). Maybe that was the difference between Thanksgiving and Christmas off plan eating. Over my Thanksgiving break, i was exercising w/mom!

I've decided that once you two reach goal all your numerous posts should be published as an ispirational book entitled "Weightloss Chronicles of Ovary Chick and the Blonde Bowhead." A certain best seller!

Hey Crazy Ovary Chick!

I wanted to stop in and wish you a Happy New Rear!! I look forward to our daily bashing, laughing and of course, the race to goal! There's no one I'd rather be fighting my way to the finish line with!

I'm thinking we REALLY need to start this work out thang - as much as I hate to admit it. Parts of me (the fat parts) are getting soft - It's something new (I think) and I'm scared they're going to stay that way, lol. So, we need to find a way to compete with our work outs - - I'm thinking THEN we might do it!!

Oh - and I read your post about thinking you'd just go off plan tonight - - I know you decided against it...but I did want to say - in case you got that foolish thought in your head again - I have to say this:

OH HELL NO YOU DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, 'nough said! Don't you make me come up there and kick yer Red Kool-Aid lovin' butt back onto MF!!! Complaince, Chicky, COMPLIANCE! Say it with me...C-O-M-P-L-I-A-N-C-E! And you know I'm not going to let ya skim by with anything less!

So, happy New Rear to you and to me! Let's do this thing, Chicky! In a few months we'll be there!!!!!

NOPE! Nothin to worry about! No chance of me being non-compliant this evening (or evenings to come!). Matter of fact, i decided to bring in the new year at home. No REAL temptations here. I know what u mean about getting soft...heck of a lot of softness going on here! So like i said before, YOU pick OUR poison. I knew it would get to a point where it couldnt be avoided. I think we are at that point  (as much as i hate to admit it too). So, on our way to the finish line!

Congrats on the 30 pound club - won't be long before you pass me up with the way I have been going.

Thanks for stopping by my journal to wish me a happy new year. I went to bed early and woke up late (thanks to some strong muscle relaxers). Pain level in the ankle is much lower these days. Not quite as low as before surgery, but almost tolerable.

I want to thank you for all of your sweet PMs & notes in my journal and for all the prayers and good thoughts you sent my way. I am truly blessed to be able to count you as one of my friends.

Been thinking about your quilt. I should have some sample fabrics to send to you by next week. I will email more to you later.

Blessings in 2008!!!
