OK Experts,
I don't feel like doing the math on this one... I was thinking about lettuce wraps for a L & G. They are made with chicken, mushroom, and spicy soy sauce.
Here are the stats from a local restaurant:
Calories 260
Fat 7g
Fiber 8g
Carbs 28g
Protein 20
Are the carbs and fat too high? Is the protein too low?
I know I would need to add an extra side of green since the lettuce and mushrooms alone wouldn't do it.
What do you think? Thanks!
