Less than 3 hours

hi everyone

i had a quickie question. sorry for the new thread for this but i looked around and saw no real discussions on it. i saw that you can have two shakes at once so i assume it is ok--just wanted to confirm.

is it ok to have a shake 45 minutes early? i have a meeting!!!!

help!!!

here is my schedule FYI (5 and 1)

7am shake
10am shake
1pm shake (can i have this at 12:15?)
4pm bar
7pm lean/green
10pm soup

LeeAnn~~ my schedule is pretty mixed up most days because it is impossible for me to have a shake exactly 3 hours apart. Most days my morning shakes (supplements) are only 2 hours apart. Then after lunch I can go back to 3 hours. I haven't noticed this causing in problems in my weight loss. So far I have had good weeks and slow weeks. But,......that's normal.

Once school is out I should be able to straighten things out a bit. Hopefully my teaching schedule next year will be a better fit with my MF schedule.

You are doing fine. Like Unca said, better than missing a shake.

I'm having trouble fitting all of the packets into my daily schedule. I've been on Medifast for almost a week, but am averaging 3-4 shakes a day + the lean/green meal. DID I MESS UP?

Kellie - you really need to have 5 medimeals + lean/green. This will mess up your weight loss as your body goes into starvation mode and will refuse to let loose of the flab. So eat away. Try blocking them closer together if you have to - like every 2-3 hrs instead of 3-4. Come on girl - shake and slurp!
