I've been getting these sporatic leg muscle cramps (like a charlie-horse so to speak) but not in the back of my leg ... in the front muscle. It's not associated with excercise; It just happens at the weirdest times ... and it comes on hard ~ then goes just as fast. It's just scary (and it almost cripples me to the ground when it hits).
A girlfriend of mine thought that perhaps I needed some extra nutrient or "something" in my diet (neither one of us know what that 'something' is). Has anyone else had this problem happen? Does anyone know what I could take to make this not happen??
