Left Overs??

Has anyone made the chili or soups and kept it till the next day to eat for lunch? does it stay good?? just curious...I know it says in the shaker success book that you can make the shakes up to 12 hours in advance...
does anyone know about the food????

gosh..its 8pm here on the east coast..and it seems as if its midnight! Im on that 3rd day BLAHHHHHHH

hopefully tommorrow will be better...thanks for your support all!!

Hi Tami,
Throw em in the fridge and they should be fine. Some people find that some of the dishes are a little "chewy" when you first make them. Letting them soak a while or keeping them overnight in the fridge should help with this. Also, if you add any spices, just like regular chili or other dishes, sitting overnight should allow the spices to blend into the dish and enhance the flavor.
