Lean Legals

Would Hard Salami from the deli be ok for a lean or would it have too much fat?

How about the all beef fat free/low fat hot dogs?

Anyone know?

Hard salami has 100 calories and 8 grams of fat per ounce. Way too much, plus it's 72% fat!

Fat-free hot dogs (Oscar Meyer) have 37 calories each, so you'd have to have a few of them to get enough calories. But they have 2.1 grams of carb each and, most alarmingly, 487 mg of sodium each.

Neither one sounds like a good choice to me. I think you're better off with less-processed foods.
