This is what I had last night and it was really yummy--sort of reminded me of those sausage hoagies you get at fairs. Anyway, I took a skinless/boneless chicken breast and cut it into strips. I then stir-fried it (using non-stick and a little non-stick spray, olive flavor) with green pepper, onion, and garlic. during the last minute or so I added a splash of balsamic vinegar and fresh basil (fresh really is best in this case). Quite good and very filling.
