Hi Guys..i know..i know..two questions in a matter of minutes and not even a regular..sorry but i need help...
I am 32 years of age and 260 pounds..desperate to lose 100 as fast as possible. I feel my biological clock is so loud..that i can hear it I would like to know which plan do you think is better for faster weight-loss...I really will have no probls doing all 6 meals as Medifast..but i have no intention of going to the doc to hear the same lecture of losing weight..coz i already know i have too..so..what do i do?? sometimes hearing from others helps in making decisions..so ur input will help me...
