If you like spicy the mexican chicken is delicious. The zucchini pie is another of my favorite. There are several recipes for it i make the one that bdg put on there.

Tonight i am making a pork loin rubbed with thyme and minced garlic then put in a bag with a little olive oil and let marinate overnight i'll cook it at 350 until the center is 170 degrees.

I'll sometimes take 1 can of tuna with 3/4 cup of 1% cottage cheese mix in some ms dash and mustard and put that over a salad.

One of my favorites is 1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese and a small tomato YUM i could eat tomatoes all day long!!!!!!!!!! lol

check out the lean cuisine there are alot of delicious recipes there

I grill all the time too i love a good buffalo sirlion + you get 7oz when eating buffalo :) grill some whole white mushrooms on a skewer sprayed with ICBINB mmmmm
