Great start Laura!!!

Just thought I'd add...

I remember a while back (can't remember who) someone was having scale probs, and Nancy mentioned to check the batteries on her scale. It turned out to be the culprit. Anyone else who has scale problems, might want to check the battery before buying a new one.

Yippy for you! I am so proud of you. You have had a super three weeks.

Have you cheated?

Sometimes those scales can be pesky all right!

20 pounds

Hi Lauradr
I didn't shoot my scales but I did hide them in the closet for awhile. :x They were just not truthful with me so were banned from the bathroom. I left them in the closet for about three weeks and then they decided to be truthful -- I had lost weight now I just ignore them . They are not my best friend :?

OK, Folks...Lauradr is virtually ;) cheat-free, she shot her scale :shoot: and is no longer dragging around a 20 pound bag of dog food on her hips, buns and thighs!

You can do it, too!

Pick your day, start the program and follow it no matter what - you will be rewarded with baggy clothes, lower blood pressure and feel wonderful! :bouncie:

Keep on shaking it up, Laura - you are sittin' pretty in the 20 Pound Club but not for long - you've got your eye on the 30 Pound Club aready!

YaHoooooooooO!! Way to go!

Death to the lying scale and 20 pounds!!

Congrats on such an accomplishment!

:bouncieball: :bouncieball: :bouncieball:

Heck, at least it was an extra MF bar - totally awesome and for a desperate moment, it was a fairly wise move!!!
