I am going to start writing in my Journal every day i thank it will keep me on track---I'm not sure what happened when when I reached my goal--It's like I took one bit of real food and lost control--I have always been a person who has been in control of every aspect of my life except food--When it comes to food I lose control---I have decided I will always have to have Medifast to stay on track--Its ok I love the oatmeal and RTD and soups--I have to stay away the foods that harm me I gusse you can call me a real food addict--It's hard to eat normal when you Travel as much as I have to for work--Its hard to get good food fast--so when I get to goal-I will use medifast as my fast food and eat normal at night--but I thank it's the fast food that gets me--So I will have to use medifast 3 times a day--because it's easy--

I have been at home --and stayed on track--but I look at my Calendar and it scares me a little--I leave for NM next week--home for a week--In NYC the last week in the month- first week Feb.I will be in Orlando-Mid Feb.I will be Phoenix for 2 weeks--Las Vegas for a week--I have to look at the bright side I am salesman of the year--and Won a trip to Hawaii ---My daughter and Grandaughter are going to Fly to meet us in Orlando and go back to disney world again---I did lose all my weight on the road I have to stay focused
I'm not where I wanna be but, thank God I'm not where I use to be!

I know. I restarted the day before Thanksgiving with a cupboard full of expired food because I didn't have enough belief in myself yet that I would let this work. You have the benefit of having lost a signifigant amount of weight so you know you can do it. But it's still tough. Can't take that away.

LAURA,
I have thought of you so much and wondered how you were doing.
You have always been such an inspiration to me, especially while going through my weight loss journey.
I'm so happy you are back, and that's the most important thing!
