Lamb Curry

Postby Bokkie » February 17th, 2006, 1:30 pm

Hi!!!

Is lamb curry ok to eat?
It is one of my fiancee's favorites and I don't want to have to make 2 dinners. I make it with zuccini, carrots, and peas, and the sauce is made only with water and spices. I add 1 tbsp xanthum gum to thicken it, and would have a bowl of this and a side salad to equal my 5oz and my green serving.

I want to make this tomorrow and need to know if i can eat it too. Please help!!!

If you check your Quick Start booklet........ carrots and peas are not allowed.

Sorry!

W/O the peas and carrots I know that you are allowed 5oz lamb so I say enjoy!!! Just make sure you get your veggies or salad with it!
