I know I can, I know I can....

I am wanting a slice of pizza sooo bad :x . Every commercial is for pizza. I need some support so I don't cave in to the craving. I usually eat pizza 2 times a week so that's why it is so difficult :( . I wanted it so bad a few minutes ago that even though I have only been on MF 3 days, I weighed  . I have already lost 5 pounds! Can you believe that?! :D

Don't worry, your cravings should go down in a couple of days. 3 Days and 5lbs. is awesome!! :yay: You don't want to ruin that with a silly slice of pizza, do you?

Just remember that some day you can have pizza, it will always be there, but just not right now. Think of how great you feel and how lousy you would feel if you caved in. You're doing great - keep going!

Let me rephrase that. I gave away 5 pounds, I didn't lose them. I if say I lost them then I might find them again! Don't want to find them!

I felt that way in the beginning, too. I would flip channels to not see the ads. I avoided getting my kids pizza for about a month. Then all of a sudden I could handle it. Just tonight I bought pizza and crazy bread for them for dinner, and it didn't bother me at all. I went to a pizza party last week...took my shake in with me, and had my bar later in the evening. No problem.

Most of the time "real food" doesn't tempt me...I just want more chicken with my salad, and another bar! Hang in there!!

Malcmg~~Someone on here once told me........If you eat the pizza (or whatever it was for me) then you can rest assured that the scale will NOT move down. I have to constantly remind myself that what I put in my mouth will reflect on the scale. More importantly it will reflect on my body. Do you remember that commercial where people had donuts and stuff stuck to their backsides? When I think about cheating one of the first things that comes to mind is seeing that food stuck to my stomach, my thighs, my butt and everywhere I tend to carry my weight. That is an UGLY sight, let me tell you. That visual alone helps me stay on track.

:coach: STAY AWAY FROM THE PIZZA!

Pizza isn't going anywhere......it will still be there when you get to maintenance.........then you can have some occassionally.

You can do it...........stay focused and you will be rewarded.

Pizza won't hurt you at all as long as you make sure you remove the toppings, the cheese, the sauce and of course the crust.

Just remove these items from your pizza and have all you want!!
