Hello Unca!!
Could you please add me to the 80 pound club!! YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEE
As of this morning I have lost 80. 5 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:
Today is the start of my 20th week on MF so I have averaged a 4 pound loss a week and am still going strong!!
I have 63.5 lbs to go and KNOW I will DO IT!!
OK Now I am READY for vacation in 3 days!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
Florida here we come!!

80 pounds is so incredible! You are much more than half way there and still going strong - how motivating you are to everyone here.

I know it probably doesn't seem like it to you but it seems like just yesterday you were getting started and now you're down 80 pounds. You will be skinny and in shorts this Summer!!

Have a great vacation - I went on a couple while on MF and lost both times so it can be done.

Thanks Everyone for all your support and encoragement!!
I am looking forward to all the yummy fresh seafood in Florida and we will be sightseeing a LOT, so I should do just fine on my plan!
I am not only taking the much touted carry-on with a change of clothing and meds and my jewelry BUT also my ever precious MF!!
I would be lost without my medi-meals if the airline made a BOO BOO and lost my luggage :x !
I am looking forward to this trip for so many reasons, but not having to feel self concious about my weight is a major ego booster!!
Thanks again for cheering me on! It means SO much!
