Hi kmr :). Well, as you continue on your confidence will grow ! You can do it. And, it's so smart to make plans for yourself for at work. If staying compliant is your goal, do *whatever* it takes for you to let that happen.

As far as the hubbinator goes, sheesh :x . For some reason this kind of stuff really upsets me. As suave as I like to think us women are, to blame it all on them being *men* would be unfair. People just say the wrong things at the wrong times, sometimes (I know I certainly have). That certainly doesn't excuse it, but I will bank on your husband truly loving you and truly wanting what's best for you, in reality, and simply not knowing how to help you out with that all of the time.

Don't be afraid to calmly let him know that what he said doesn't help you with what you are trying to do (unless it does) and that you would appreciate support from him in a "different" way.

Anyway, you can do this, kmr, for you and for your sense of life. It's worth it ! Every single bit of it ! Whatever sacrifice it may feel like, it's only sacrificing the things that hold us up in life anyway, so there is really nothing to lose except for the weight ! And you know that will happen if you stick with the plan :).

Rooting for you :).

I think if i got my sense of smell disconnected for the next couple of months, I'd be at goal in no time. The bread just isn't fair!

Yeah why? Why couldn't it smell horrible! Any kind of bread straight out of the oven or even regular toast with butter is heavenly!

You have to go mental here...to make this wonderful smelling bread, bacteria and in the case of sour dough mold has to ferment to make it rise....now when I think bacteria I think toliet scum.... buttered toliet scum I think not!

Did it help?

I get a little pouty-lip every time I check the journals and see you haven't updated.

Hope you're doing well.
