I just got my first order and plan to start the 5 and 1 on August 1st. I have tried a couple of sample shakes and had diarehea both times afterwards...Is this normal?

Strawberry - maybe the first day ? A little bit. Sorry maybe someone will have better answers - you should ask Nancy or your health advisor. I have had some tough questions too and they have always been able to give me some solution. Maybe you are allergic to soy ? At any rate it is going to be great to have you aboard ! Welcome, Mytime

The first few days, I had some. And I still do a little bit on days when I have a lot of shakes (as opposed to some of the other foods).

Strawberry ~

 Uh, oh! Doin' the Dreaded Diarrhea :runner: Dash, eh?

Well, yes, there are some people who also experience that malady and wear a path down their hallway the first week. I have a number of clients who endured it for 10 days-2 weeks.

It can be from the high concentration of vitamins and minerals.

Some people have the squirts when they eat oatmeal and don’t have it when they eat the other food products.

Yes, there are some of us who need dynamite to deal with the concrete…I was about to beg for a prune shake or a colonic…typically these things pass and you are on to other exciting things like rearranging your clothing by size – preparing for the clothes you will soon be able to wear again and dreaming of all the things you can do that you haven’t done for years.

Yup, I had that problem, but only first few days (maybe 5 days or so?) Felt like my body was adjusting the shakes plus the high volume of water I was drinking. Went away after that!
