MAN, DAY 8 . WHY DO I HAVE TO GET THE HEADACHES LATE, MOST PEOPLE SEEM TO BE GETTING THEIR HEADACHES AROUND DAY 3 OR 4. KETOSIS BREATHE IS A KILLER :x . I ASKED MY DAUGHTER ALL THE TIME DOES MY BREATHE STINK :cry: SHE SAYS YEAH,WITH A SMILE :lol: .

I GUESS TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT CAN BE A KILLER. PEACE OUT

So THATS what it is???? "Ketosis Breath"????? I am a fresh breath fanatic and could not figure out what this taste in my mouth was!!!!!!!!! Ahh....so, basically, it is a good thing :-P

I am not a gum chewer, but I chewed some yesterday. Will this last the entire diet?
