Has anyone experienced having their saliva taste kind of sweet after a few days on the MF plan? I'm thinking that it may be ketones, but my little UA test strip is neg for ketones.
I am doing well with the plan but adding a little extra protein (3-4 oz) and a couple of Tbls. of cream a day. I'm also doing great with my water
Anyone want to share their opinion? I haven't been able to find much past "Ketone Breath".
