Kernel Seasons allowed???

Postby Taangrl21 » January 4th, 2007, 9:13 am

I just found and add for this Popcorn Seasoning that can also be used on potatoes veggies pasta eggs and more...would it be allowable for our veggies and eggs? I am not sure if I am allowed to post websites so let me know if anyone wants to check it out and i will post it or pm it to ya. I cant find ingrediants there so I will look somewhere else for it...
They have tons of flaves: white cheddar,,butter, nacho cheese, sour cream and onioin, parm and garlic, kettle corn, caramel, ranch and popcorn salt.I dont know how great some of them would be...but just wondering. :)

I guess if there are no carbs, minimal calories and no sugar they would be ok...

The serving size is interesting. 1/4 teaspoon? Makes me think they're trying to show no carbs when actually there are just fewer and 1 carb in 1/4 teas......theoretically, there could be almost 4 carbs in a teaspoon! Same with fat/sugar/etc.

Well, I still don't have a full release from my doc. I had some issues, had some surgery and am doing better. But, I really need to listen to the doc. I am still the same old stinking 194 I was when I left. So, at least I know I can maintain!! I just am ready to shed the last 85 pounds.

I start my new job on Monday. I think I told ya'll that I finally finished nursing school. Got my LVN license. I have already started working on finishing my RN. You probably remember the "issues" I had with that whole deal. Anyway, I should be finished with that by May. I only had 2 classes left. I am taking them through an online transition program that accepted my classes on transfer. I will be able to complete all clinical requirements at my place of employment. I can take it on my own pace, take these 2 exit exams and do the 6 days of clinical requirements and then be consideren a graduate nurse, then sit for my state board licensing exam as a registered nurse. It is happening so fast.

Hopefully by mid Feb. or March, I will be able to get back to the MF. I am going now to look at your after photos!!

Hi Laurie! :D So nice that you are posting, as it is always great to hear from you! Congratulations on your graduation and on your plans to go further in nursing. It is a great profession, certainly one, I am happy that I chose.

Sorry to hijack this thread on 'popcorn seasoning', but I wanted to let Laurie know that she is thought of and wished well, recent post-OR and beyond!! You are always welcomed back here!

Hey Laurie!

So nice to see you on the boards! I missed you! Check in and say hi more often! It's good you're listening to your doc!

Debra,
I don't know about that stuff. I'm currently in a plateau and am cutting out all my little extras, like crystal light and molly mccheese...less than one sometimes means really close to one and I'm worried it's slowing me down, but if it doesn't you...give it a little try if you like and see how your body reacts.
