Well, life has slowed down some.
Since starting the 2nd job, I have been sick 3 times. I had 2 colds and that nasty flu thing.

I figured this was my body's way of telling me I was doing WAY too much. So, I am down to just 1 full time job. I have also already started taking orders for christmas cookies, including from a boutique here in town. I'm really excited to be able to sell in a store this year. Usually I do enough business from personal buyers to cover my christmas gifts. This year, I'm hoping to do enough to cover my christmas gifts, including a playstation 3 for Jer.

I am on plan, so I am happy. Even with all of the baking, I am staying strong. I feel sort of pathetic for being off plan WAY more than being on plan since I "started" in April, but I think that I am going at it in a much better way this time. I am completely removing all chances of cheating. I think once I have been on plan for a month, I will be able to trust myself a little bit more.

You must be a fantastic baker and cook. Everytime you describe something culinary it sounds exquisite! I am a good cook too but can't imagine anyone wanting to sell my creations in a shop. My mother and grandmother starting teaching me when I was 3 or so but you sound amazing! It is so good to hear from you again!

Baking would definately be one of my triggers. I just can't bake without sampleing. KUDOS to you for being so strong to resist!

I have had one hell of a couple of days. I have been THIS CLOSE to completely cheating like crazy.

I have only been strictly on program for 3 days now. I did it for a few days last week, and then had a few of those "one last time..." moments. Finally on Tuesday (it might have been Monday, my week is one big blur), I went back on program.

I have not been 100% compliant. I have not been getting all 5 + L&G. I have been lucky to get 4+L&G the past 2 days. Today will be the same.

Yesterday, my sister in law called to tell me that she is pregnant with her 2nd child. This 2nd baby's due date will fall exactly on Tristan's (her first baby) 2nd birthday.

I'm embarassed to admit this, but I am so insanely jealous, I have been having crying jags for 2 days, and have been oversleeping (nap yesterday and today when home from work + 9 hours at night); and undereating. I HUGELY want to cheat. It has taken every ounce of strength not to go to the store and buy a huge bag of doritos and eat the whole darn thing.

My best friend had to go back home to France for a few weeks, it is making this whole thing even worse. Jeremy is really of no help.. he wants kids someday but he doesn't have this intense desire for children that I do.

Well, glad the conference is over. Sorry about the other struggles.
We understand about the baby thing too. Hang in there and good will come.

Kelly, I feel bad  that Jeremy does not share your desire for children right now ... but I hope and pray that one day he does! Sounds like you would be an awesome Mom!

Fellings can be a real trigger  to off plan eating so it's a good thing that you've been able to realize that right now (it will help you in maintenance ;) ). Knowing WHY you have the desire for those Doritos is half the battle ... the other half is realizing the Doritos won't fix anything!

Day 2 back on plan.
Perpetual headache that I almost welcome because it reminds me that I am doing this right.

Have been arguing with self ever since home from work much in manner of person with cartoon devil on one shoulder, angel on other, mostly about bowl of cottage cheese that is in fridge. Made it through the night though, about to have my last MF meal for day and happy about going to bed.

Following a schedule is helping alot, last time I just ate every 3 hours. This time, I am eating every 3 hours, but I made a schedule and I'm sticking to it.. somehow it is making a difference.

8.30 breakfast shake
11.30 bar
2.30 shake or hot drink, sometimes soup
5.30 chix soup
8.30 L&G or chix soup
11.30 chix soup or pudding

I've managed to get down 1 gallon of water yesterday and today. Of course I am in the bathroom every 15 minutes, and roughly every 2 hours at night I am waking up to go bathroom. Highly annoying. But still satisfying to check off all those little water glasses on the tsfl SiM website.

Going to go the Lean Cuisine section tomorrow and print off a bunch of recipes. I find if I only buy enough food for me and Jer each day for supper, there's never anything in the house to eat and therefore nothing to cheat on.

Doc cleared me for 6 instead of 5+1, but I find it hard to do.. I am trying to build up to it I think, I will wait until I have been 14 days compliant on 5+1 and then switch to the 6.

Proud of myself, this is first time I have been totally compliant for 2 days in a row since I started last April. This time, I won't take any "time off"; since that is clearly a very slippery slope.

hi kelly...i too, drink a gallon or more of water per day. What time do you stop drinking your water? I try to stop drinking about an hour and a half (sometimes 2) before i know i am going to bed. But i drink about 8oz (to take a supplement) at bedtime. I don't seem to have a problem with getting up in the middle of the night anymore. I also notice that my body has gotten used to the water intake during the day and i don't have to go as often, although i still pee a river everytime i go!
