I couldn't believe it when I posted my starting picture either with my mid-section showing! But it will give you and others so much motivation when they see the changes in you as you continue MF'ing!

Kelly, you will be amazed at how quickly you will lose the pounds and transform your body if you stay on the program and follow the guidelines. You can do this!

Hula stole my line! I know how 'you have beautiful eyes' can sound, but really - I've always wanted light eyes and yours are amazing! I can't even get colored contacts because they don't come in my blind-as-a-bat prescription. Jealous jealous jealous!

You will be glad you posted these pictures. It's nice for us to put a face to a screen name, and in a few months (or weeks!) when you are posting updated photos you will be so proud of the changes!

Kelly~ It's nice to see those that we communicate with. I guess it makes us feel like we actually know one another.

The first thing I noticed about you was your eyes. They are very drawing and beautiful. Obviously, everyone noticed them!!!

I agree with Pashta that the pics will be very motivating not only to you but to others. Thanks for sharing them with us.

You look great and will get even greater. What beautiful hair you have! I am rarely on the board, but I just wanted to pop in and say welcome and be encouraged. I agree with Brian and the others, you have taken a first step to a better you and I can't wait to celebrate your victories with you!
