Hey girl, so glad to see you back. I COMPLETELY understand what you're feeling. I've have struggled with the same emotions.

I think coming here and writing when you need encouragment and when you're tempted to eat is a great idea. We all need support from people who understand our struggles.

Just picture in your mind how much better you are going to look and feel on your upcoming trips.

Hey, let's try setting some short goals. Not that we shouldn't look to the finish line, but sometimes I think I just need to get around the track at least once before I start thinking about the finish line. Something to think about.....

Well, 1 compliant day down, a lifetime to go! Its nice to have you back Donica and yes we'll have to set some mini goals...hmmm!

I'm glad I'm back too T. We had a really nice time in Florida, the weather was great and we got some nice riding in (motorcycles).

Has anyone used those zip-loc bags for steaming veggies or cooking meat....I highly recommend them. I even cooked my chicken in one with a little chevetta's (sp?) which is 0 everything and flavor was excellent!

I so agree. That is the only way I cook my vegatables now. And there is no cleanup. My husband last night thought I took out the aspargus steamer. Said nope it ist the bags. Also I steam potatoes in there. NO FAT. love these it is so worth it.

We can have potatoes?...yippee??..don't know whether I should get excited or not! lol

I had another compliant day yesterday...actually ended up doing the 6-0 because found out a good friend of mine's husband who had surgery before I left Florida and was doing fine the day I left isn't doing so well. Had a shake before I went to the hospital and after I got home at 8:30 p.m. He's a strong man so hopefully he'll pull through, they said the next 36 hours will be critical. I'm praying for him!

Day number 3 down, 100% compliant. Went to a restaurant and ordered a salad with grilled chicken with no dressing and only sprinkled a little from the side. Ate only half of it, I could have eaten more, but knew I met my portion. I also drank my 5th shake and wasn't really hungry, but knew I needed it. Trying to plan ahead when I know something is coming up.

I have hit my all time record...I have not gotten on the scale since I weighed myself on Monday morning. That is a first....I'm usually on the scale every morning and every night when I am home. Decided I'm only going to weigh once a week...that darn thing plays havoc with my mind and if I'm being compliant I shouldn't have anything to worry about and shouldn't have to weight myself everyday!

Thanks for the welcome Chynna..its good to be back!

Day #4 totallly compliant. Had a big brown box on my porch when I got home from work last night! :whoohoo: I tried the strawberry/lemonade infuser...YUM. Just getting ready to try the green tea lemon. I drank one before dinner and I don't know if it was the water with that filled me up, but wasn't as hungry when I sat down to eat and I was actually a little hungry when I got home.

Trying to plan the weekend out so I don't go off program.

How do I get one of those 100 days cheat free challenge icons because I would like to challenge myself!?

Hey Kelli,

Good job on 4 days down.

Just be very careful about drinking those infusers too late. It may keep you up. I am drinking about 3 a day and if I drink them past 3pm I have a very restless sleep.

Hope you have a great friday.
