Feel free to copy, the most important thing here is to lose weight and keeping tabs on yourself in any matter that is crucial to continue on and not to give up in your journey.

We all have a common bond here and understand what it is to be overweight and in the struggle to lose it. At least with Medifast, it is helping me along the way and hope it does for you too.

I hope that you will all utilize the MakeMeThinner Weight Chart.

Successful losers (and maintainers) are accountable to others.

The MMT Weight Chart is designed to keep you accountable to yourself.

It will help you with your weekly Sunday Weigh-in reportage also.

Be sure to record your water and meals as you consume them - don't wait until the end of the day to fill in your chart.

Sometimes we have cerebral vacuum at the end of the day or suffer from CRS; it is hard to recount how many glasses of water you had when you are in your jammies and fall asleep with your laptop on the sheettops.

I  don't want to hear any :x whiners :x in a few weeks saying they are at a weight loss standstill and you can't back up your meals (specific Medifast products), meal times and water slurpage. You'll be able to view your weight loss patterns and how it relates to following the plan...when you eat your first meal within the first hour of crawling outta the slumber sack, eat all of your meals - on time - put nothing not on the plan into your mouth and down the throat and drink all of your water you will MakeYOUThinner! Medifast canot fail.

 So...got it? If not, why not? :-P
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
