Thanks, Susan! You have no idea how much this encouraged me!

I am close to the end of my first week, and everything is going so well....but this crazy little voice inside my head has been saying that when I step on the scale on Tuesday morning, I'm going to be disappointed....that this program won't work for me....you know, crazy stuff like that

Then I get a grip and tell myself that it WILL work, that it's working for all kinds of people and I just have to trust......

And then I get this sweet little note of encouragement, and I feel so much better
