So today was a good day.

On PLan 100%

Exercised

Drank my water

And did not have to yell at my son at all today

Exercise was great, Logged in 19,356 steps on my pedometer, Did some push ups. And did the pogo stick with my son for a 1/2 hour. OMG gosh what great exercise for your calves and thighs. My husband ran in to get the video cam he said it was the funniest thing ever. Luckily the battery was dead. LOL

Well thats all for now my friends

My son, hubby, and moi are doing a pedometer race at Matthew's school. Every step counts. I walk/ran for 3 1/2 miles. I am so into exercise right now. My mind is in the right zone. Hopefully it stays there

By the way the pogo stick was so much fun. Ask me to do that 60#'s ago and I would of laughed in your face

Wow what a beautiful day here in Jersey 80 degrees. Had 18000 steps today. I am reaally pumped right now. I feel awesome.

So here is a little funny story, got out of the shower last night, lights were out hubby was sleeping, I go into my underwear drawer pull a pair out, and oh my gosh i pulled out the biggest pair of underwear i have ever seen. They were going up to the girls. I could not believe how big they were. They used to be tight on me.

So have some good news I am in the 180's YES YES YES.. That was my first mini goal.. So I just set my next mini goal to the 170's on my second ticker.

Work is going good, Matthew is great hubby is a little crabby ( I think he is pms'ing  )

Drank 150oz of water today. Ate a little extra chicken right after running. OH and by the way, you have to get a POGO stick so much fun, my son and I are having contest. Oh also on the workout front, tried to do the elyptical, (YEAH THAT AINT GOING TO HAPPEN ANYTIME SOON)

Well my friends just wanted to say good night.

hey there katieboo! 18000 steps? Girlie, you have got the step thing down to a science. I still have not gone over 12000 in one day.

You give a whole new meaning to "put on your big girl panties" :roflmao: :roflmao: :roflmao: I used to have the problem of my panties "creeping up" in my pants/jeans. I was forced to go out and buy all new ones because i just couldn't take it, they started falling down in my pants, the only thing that would be holding them up was the crotch of my pants! I must say, it was a good feeling knowing that my underwear were too big. Now, if only "the girls" had gone down at the same rate *sigh*

Congrats on making it to the 180s! 170s, here she comes!!!!!!!

Katie, congrats on the 180's!!!! You sound like you are in the zone and doing wonderfully!

The pogo stick sounds like fun. I've never been on one. I've also never hit 12,000 steps and you are way past that number---way past!! I'm impressed!

You're doing wonderfully.....I'm so happy for you!

Ahhhh! See?! Now you're ahead of me! :D I knew that would happen! I am having a very slow week so far this week...you just inspired me to push it harder tonight at the gym. I've gotta keep up with you, girl! 18,000 steps = incredible! I do need to get myself a pedometer. I believe this may have just settled it once and for all. Enough talk - it's time to do! I will find one this weekend. Any suggestions as to what kind I should get or anything? I know they are a dime a dozen out there these days.

Congratulations on the 180s! I am so happy for you. Thanks for providing me a bit of inspiration on this slow, rainy, gloomy week and reminding me that I need to stick with it calorie burning wise and get myself into the 170s already. Thanks, Katie!

Wooohooo! Congrats on the 180s lady! You're doing awesome. Just truckin right along.

Cyd-as far as pedometers go I'd spend a little extra money and get one that flips open/closed. Gonna go over to your journal so I don't hijack. I need to get a new one too.

Can't wait to get into 180's Katie! You rock!

Hey everyone...... Happy Mother's Day to all

Happy to say I have lost 2.8 this week.................

So today I was woken up by my son and my husband, with you will never guess... Breakfast in bed. My husband talked to me about this last night that Matthew has been planning this all week. Dh asks are you eating yet. I said no I am still on Medifast But I told him that I had packages of Medifast Scrambled eggs in the Pantry. So that is what they made me. How sweet. I love those guys,

Last year Matthew got me a stuffed coca cola can. (it is like a piillow) Dont know why but he said mommy would love it (I did drink a lot of diet coke back then. Well this year he got me a 3 foot white bear (exactly like the bear in the coca cola commercial. How cute is that.

So today we are going up to the inlaws. I have have to say that I really do not mind. I really do love my mother in law. She is the nicest person I have ever met. Now my father in law not so much

So I have to tell you the present that my step mother made for me. OMG I was crying when I received it. Here is the story. I found out that I was pregnant in November of 1997. Well for christmas my mother gave me a maternity shirt that had a cute little bear on it with the words baby. Well 3 weeks later my mother passed away. I wore that shirt every second I could get. I have kept the shirt for 10 years. Well about 6 months ago my step mother was up from south carolina, I said to her is there anything that you could do with this shirt. Well my husband just gave me a package from her. She cut the shirt and made a pillow out of it. It is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I have been crying since I have received it. There are so many memories in that shirt, my mom, matthew, john and now my step mother.

I really miss my mom, but I am very happy that I have such a great step mother and mother inlaw.

I am going to post pictures of the pillow. Once I download them.
