Thanks kelly & erica, The scale fairy showed last night. I am in the 40# by the skin of my teeth. I am at 40.2. Hey I will take it.

Still feeling a little crampy today. Woke up at 8:30 this morning with MY son and his best friend staring down at me giggiling. They were making funny faces at me when I was sleeping. How I know that is they were also taking pictures of me with the flash on. That is what woke me up. Can anyone say YES they are definetly 9 years old.

Well sundays have been my hardest days so far since being on program. This is the day I usually think about cheating. Football is on, it is so cold I do not go out, and sometimes I am just bored. Hopefully I can get through another sunday, and hopefully it will show on the scale next sunday.

good for you katie! even your little "visitor" didn't cause a problem. We both made it to a new club...50# club, here we come!!!

You know what is really sad. Is that I am not even excited about being in the 40# club. Because I was in it once before. I was in the 50# club too. I am just so disappointed in myself that I let myself slip. Yes I am whining :boohoo: I usually do not get upset about this stuff but this morning I am just hoping I do not have a relapse.

What I am really looking forward to is the 60#club. I have not been in that one yet. :D

don't look to the past to determine your future. revel in the fact that you are disciplined enough right now to revisit and get out of those same clubs that you had visited before. We are gonna keep right on going...no looking back. 50#, 60#, 70#...

I understand how disillusioned (sp) you may feel when you look back on your previous "relapses" into the old ways. What is important is that you are looking at those times as a learning experience. Remember the triggers that started the downward spiral and be prepared for them. Losing weight that you already lost then gained back is harder than it was the first time BUT you have done it and are still doing it. Own that success and be proud of where you are.

I know we agreed to start the 100 day challenge tomorrow, but that doesn't give us a "free day" today right. I will promise to stay compliant today along with you OK. Email me if you need some extra support on Sundays - they are a tough day for me too. We can help each other through it.

BELIEVE ME, I know how you feel. I'm going through the SAME THING! I have several more clubs to "re-visit" before I head for a club I haven't seen before!

But...it's still a victory!!!!!!!!! We stopped the slide dead in its tracks and we are marching back towards goal. You should be PROUD of yourself for each club you get into...I plan to be!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let's be happy and proud of ourselves until we get to a club we haven't seen before! We're doing the RIGHT thing in the RIGHT way and marching happily towards goal and maintainers medals, getting healthy on the way!

I know Iknow I just want to smack the living daylights out of me sometimes. But proud to say I did not cheat on Sunday. Yay Me. Sundays have been such an issue for me lately. Maybe because it is cold out, and that I really do not leave the house that much. I hate the cold. I love the summer, Go to the pool,beaches, vacation. AHHHHHHHHH

Well still same weight today. Need to start drinking my :water: earlier in the day though. Was up all night last night going to the bathroom.

Katie, good for you for making it thru sunday. I'm with ya on the summertime thing. I am so much more active. During the winter, you just wanna curl up on the couch with a bowl of comfort food. At least the summer you can focus on so many different outside activities.
