Hey Katie - it was so good to hear from you. Thanks for your post in my journal. We miss you. I know how hectic life can get. Some people say summer is the easiest to stay on track - I think it's the hardest - there are way too many temptations. But then again come Fall there is Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas. So I guess it all can be difficult. I hope you continue to check in with us - and then come back fully in the Fall to give it your all. Thanks for checking in. :D

Just wanted to say Hi everyone...... I am still at the same weight. I have not gained and I have not lost...... I am excited about that.

Everything is good here at the Katie household. My sister and 2 kids left on Saturday. My father and stepmother are still here though. I can not wait until I get my house back to order.

I am thinking of having shakes for breakfast and lunch..... But right now i Still need to have food, I do love the shakes so instead of being in the car all day and stopping at a quick check i will just drink a shake.

Wanted to say congrats to everyone you are doing fab with the weight loss. Good Job..

Katie, it is good to have an update from you. Congrats on holding steady on your weight!

Have you found that if you spill some of the RTD on your clothing that it is heck to get the stain out? I dribbled a few drops on my purple shirt (studio pics) and I've had a horrible time trying to get the stains out. That stuff is amazing and I need to be lots more careful when drinking them!

Hope you get to a spot where you are able to be back on program 100% and back here with us daily.

Katie it is great to hear from you! But let me hijack for a moment. Tawanda, you mentioned the purple shirt you had in your studio pics, and being a fan of all things purple I went to look. I saw the shirt but what AMAZED me once again was your transformation! I know I have seen the pics before but I was shocked again! NO wonder you wear smaller pants than I do!!! You look fantastic!

Biki you are good for my morale this morning!! Thank you!

The purple shirt.....it is one of those pigment dyed ones (Eddie Bauer if HB is reading,) so scrubbing changes the color. I've tried a Tide pen, stain remover (shout or whatever is in the cupboard), and finally Dawn dishwashing liquid......nothing has taken all of the dribble stain out! I knew Katie drank them and wondered if she came up with the same problem at times.......

Katie, you have my sympathy. I've been there (trying to restart) on other programs/diets and I struggled horribly.

What can I do to help? You are welcome to PM me when you are struggling (if near a computer) not that I could 'do' anything right then, or maybe wouldn't have the magic motivating words that would help........ :? :D . Heck, maybe I'd be more hindrance than help. :D But I'd give it a try anyway! ;)

Truly......would it help to make a promise in the a.m. that you'd stick to program until the next day. Just promise one day of sticking to it and then you could evaluate the next 24 hours and whether or not you could make the promise/commitment to stick to it another 24 hours? Whatever you need.......just ask, there are so many here that want you to succeed---me included.

You can do this!

Wow guys thanks so much. I know I need to do this. I have to do this. You know what really is hard. Is working for a food company. Tomorrow I have to go into NYC to a food show. We are showing a new line of products. Which I know I will have to try.

I am going to try to restart again on Monday. Tomorrow would just be to tempting. There are going to be over a 1000 vendors, all from choc, too caviar :bib: The one thing I am going to do is, I am not going to have any money in my wallet. I am not going to bring my atm card. The only card I will bring is my works amex, I only use that for emergencies. So I will not have a excuse about stopping at a fast food place.

Thanks everyone, I really do appreciate the kind words. I know I will get back into this. You guys are my family.
