Feeling good today. Can not weigh myself (hubby took the scale) I am chewing my fingernails wondering what I weigh. I do know that I am in Ketosis. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not believe how much water I am drinking Lately. Soda does not even cross my mind. I try to drink 12 cups of regular water and then if I need the carbonation I will drink Seltzer. (LOVE SELTZER)

You know what I would love if this board did. If we could print out entire discussions. I would love to read Jo, Biki, Lizabette journals. I have not been watching tv alot, first of all there is really nothing good on. But right before I go to bed I like to read. And being able to read journals would really help me that much more. (my back hurts when I am on the computer to much)

Am I obsessed with this website. Yup but that is why I am not off program.

Son is doing great. He asked for dessert last night, I asked him what he would like. He said a yogurt. 4 months ago he would of asked for Ice Cream. I am so proud of him. But I am also proud of myself for not buying the stuff.

Well check in with you later?

I hope you do!!! I get backaches too from spending too much time on the computer. I most definitely need an ergonomically correct chair!

I know I was thinking of what color hair you can knit for me. How about tie dyed. That would suit me the best right now. With my life being all hectic and all.

Tie-dyed would be perfect, especially if I make it multi-colored. It will match everythng!

Or, as is usually the case, it will match nothing at all...

Going on Day 9 of being compliant <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_1_75.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D36%252F36_1_75/image.gif"> to me.

But I have to say something is weird. I have all this energy which is great. But when I go into bed around 9:30 I just lay there. Usually I will fall asleep watching TV (i have the timer that turns the tv off). But lately my eyes are wide open. Finally I will make my self turn the Tv off but still lay there for an hour. Finally I will wake up and have to hit the snooze button 3 times because I am exhausted.. I know it is probably just me.

So I am still chewing my nails. Wondering what my weight is. I can not wait until Sunday. The one thing that I can say is that i am going through a lot more of those Ketosis sticks. (since i can not weigh in). I know I am obsessed. But I feel wonderful.

Glad you feel so good! My feelings are so determined by my mood disorders and medications, that I am supposed to feel level-or that's the goal. Kind of makes me feel flat. I miss the UP feeling but not the downs.

Katie, if I can master this sock making thing then I'll offer to make you a pair......right now, you would be waiting a long time for me to finish a pair ---- ;) I've not even made me a pair yet.

T, you'd better hide your new found talents if you don't want to have "friends" coming out of the woodwork at home. That's happening to me. Everyone is your friend when you can make such beautiful designer socks! What a burden!
