Did very well yesterday. Today I am very hungry. I am absolutely going to have my lean green for lunch. have to go to the grocery store today. We are expecting a big storm on Saturday So I just have to get some stuff, milk, bread and some fruit for matthew.

I have been exrtremely hungry. And I am drinking all of my water. I have no idea what gives.

Hi Katie,
From what i've seen here through the years, unusual hunger after being on the program for a while means you could be ready for a nice dump in weight.
Hang in there and we'll see if my theory is right....

I really hope so.... I just ate my lean green, where usually I would be stuffed and I am still hungry. BIG WEIGHT LOSS ON SUNDAY, keeping my fingers crossed.

Well at least you don't have to worry about being hungry for the next few hours...you'll be staying in the bathroom, not thinking about food!

Hey pam,

Yeah we have about 7 inches of snow right now. I am up 3 pounds. I am sick again. Taking medicine. I wanted to go to the doctors today, but they are closed. Due to the snow. I think I have a double ear infection. I am not even going to get on the scale until next week. I can not believe I am sick again.

ok, i'm officially jealous...ONLY 7 INCHES OF SNOW? we have almost 2 ft here! At least i got some exercise today clearing the driveway/sidewalk.

Hey Everyone,

I am still up 3# I have not been Compliant I have not even tried. I finally went to the doctors on Monday, Double ear infection and a sinus infection. I have so much congestion in me right now That trying to breathe is a chore. Yesterday we got about 2 feet of snow. Every muscle in my body hurts from shoveling.............Usually I would not because of being sick but my husband also has an ear infection and sinus infection, and he had to go into work at 3:30 yesterday morning. and did not get home until 7pm. He works in a hospital and is in charge of the whole dietary department. THE PEOPLE NEED TO EAT......

I am feeling a little better today so I had my first medifast shake, (thank goodness for Hot Chocolate)

Wish me luck that this restart wont be so hard.
