Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to pop in and say Hello It has been a couple of busy weeks for me. I have to say that I am not on program, but I am still maintaining. I got my oil bill and it was 1250.00 That is like a mortgage. I am going to come back to program when I receive my bonus in a couple of weeks. I really did not want to pull out of savings. if you know what I mean.

So I have given up my dunkin donuts coffee run. I printed out my checking account statement for 1 year. HOLY COW Just on Dunkin Donuts I spent 1500.00 That is just not me, that is my husband, my son, and everytime we had a sport to go to I would Get one of those box of joe. I also stopped buying bottled water. I have a filter on my refrigerator I am saving 8.00 a week * 52 weeks. Is a good chunk of change. I am trying to be a liitle bit more responsible on things that I do not need.

It is a beautiful day here in NJ. Turned off the air it is too nice to have it on. Well guys I will keep popping in. Have a great week.

G'dang! That's a huge bill!
It's more than twice my mortgage!
Yeah, I know... we're a bit spoiled. DH has lived
in this home for 32 years, so we only have a mortgage
to avoid getting killed on taxes. Can't imagine paying a
utility bill that large. :shock:

Of course, our Chevron bill
is crazy these days, with gas at more than $4.50 per gallon.
Yeesh!

Anyhoo, enough of my ranting!

Hey Michelle,

Nice to meet you. I live Near Phillipsburg NJ - Easton Pa. But I am in sales and my territory is all of NJ. So one day I could be in Atlantic City, and The next day I could be in Hoboken. My office is in Newark. (but i am lucky I do get to work out of home 3 days a week). I will be back on program in 1 week. Just saving for a few months of supply. Money has been tight. Our company took our amex credit cards away from us. Because somebody spent a 3000.00 So now I have to put my own money out. I will get re-imbursed but it takes a month.

So glad to hear from you in my journal!! I too am getting back into the groove with MF...just found out I have been doing the evening shakes all wrong...*sigh*...

Yes, my daughter is excited to go into 4th grade this year...I think it's a girl thing, ya know? Boys don't seem to socialize as much as the girls seem to... She responds better to a routine about now...Summer was fun, but I too, need my routine back!!! Makes losing weight ALOT easier !

I have been on Vacation for two weeks. I am not looking to go back to work tomorrow. I DO HAVE ALL OF my MEDIFAST READY and waiting for me to wake up. I am going to be on the road all day tomorrow. So I also have asprin just in case. When I usually restart I get a massive headache. I have 1 gallon of water being chilled as we speak.

HAVE 2 GET THIS DONE. no excuses.
