We got a little bit of snow today too...decided to go for a walk tonight and it was really cold and of course you had to be careful with the ice. Oh where is spring and summer??? Glad to hear that you are doing so well and that you have such a positive outlook with not winning the lottery...LOL!! :star:

Wow it has been 5 days since I have written in my journal.... I had a pretty bad work week this week. I have lost 2 of my biggest accounts. Which are about 250,000 in sales a year. . Why is the first thing that comes to mind is food. I was so ready to pig out <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_11_15.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D36%252F36_11_15/image.gif">

I am so happy to say that I did not. I went got a big glass of water and drank that. Then I just kept on working. Am I still sad at losing the accounts absolutely. Am I going to cry about it (NOPE). My boss bascially toldme that there is nothing that I can do about it.... One of the restaurants had a flood. And the other just decided to close down inside of the hotel..

I have had a couple of NSV's

Got into a size 16 pant. (they were a little tight and had muffin top) but you know what I was able to zip them up and that is all that counts,

Was in the shower and was able to see my big toe. No more mountains. <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/16/16_4_73.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D16%252F16_4_73/image.gif">

And the last thing. I just feel like a Diva. I feel sexy to my husband. I love this program. And I am not going to quit ever.

Love you guys and thanks for the support.

Hi Katie,
Sounds like you had a pretty emotional week but have found new ways, other than food, to cope! That is a wonderful NSV in itself!! And in the midst of your difficult work week you had a great weight loss! WTG!

So today I am just trying to sort everything out. Work Work Work. :x :x :x . After losing those accounts I have been a little depressed. I know it is not my fault restaurants close  They were my favorite restaurants. I am just not my self today. I am exhausted. I do not know if it is from the time change or what. (I love to sleep), Or I am wondering if it could be that yesterday I completly forgot to eat. Then after realizing it I tried forcing everthing down within in an hour and a half. Then on top of it drank maybe 6 cups of water. Who knows. Just down in the dumps today. But I am in compliance. :?

Thanks everyone.

You are in compliance and that is the important lesson. You can remember next time you have a bad day that you can get through it and be okay and be compliant!

Katie - your post earlier this week could have been posted by me..that was strange. I had to give up a group of people I helped to support for two years because I am moving to a new company (this new company bought out part of our company). I was depressed for over a week and getting up and going to work was hard. 75% of what I did I did for this group. I started getting different work to do which I wasn't sure I would enjoy - but then the girls I work with brought in stuff to celebrate my 5 year anniversary with the company (even though we are moving one) and that seemed to break that depression. I decided after that that I would make the best of a terrible situation and things have actually gotten a lot better. I hope you can find a ray of sunshine to just grasp onto - pulling you out of your funk. I feel for you.... :D

Thanks suzyq. I really do appreciate the kind words.

So it was a year ago today that I went off Medifast for the first time. The reason was is my cousins son passed away only (1 1/2) It was such a hard time for all of us. And the weird thing is I actually went off program Yesterday. Not because I felt sad or was emotional. There is something wrong with my stomach..... I have been having stomach pains, gas and my acid reflux came back.(I have not had acid reflux for about 2 months. So I figured let me go off for a few days and it has helped. I am watching what I am eating. I am probably going to go back on Monday. But I will be careful. If I see that I am having the same symptons I am going to go to the Doctor.

Well anyways Today I went into Staten Island to visit with my cousin. They were having a memorial for Christopher. I walked in the door and my Uncle came up to me and asked what happened to me. He said I looked beautiful. And that I lost so much weight. :D ( I do have to say I looked pretty darn good today  ) Everyone came up and complimented me. So anyways the day went on and I just got home. I have to say I did pretty good without using Medifast. But I know in my heart that medifast is the only way for me. So I will start again on Monday. Thanks everyone.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

It's very hard dealing with the loss of one so young. My youngest brother lost his first daughter to SIDS, gosh I guess around 28 years ago.

I am so blessed that my children never had any life-threatening illnesses.

Take care,

Jonna

Wow I just realized 3 months from today is my 35th Birthday. I am so excited for my 35th because I set a goal to lose weight and I am going to stick with it. I started up again today. And I have to say I feel great. Besides going to the bathroom every 3 minutes. Still having a hard time with work :x But what can you do...... I went out with my husband on Saturday night and it was awesome. Not having Matthew and not being interrupted. We do not get a chance to go out that often. With sports and all. I weighed in this morning at 217. I am okay with that and I am going to change my ticker back to 217. So it is saying I gained 5# Maybe it was the beer.
