Hey katie, do you use ketostix? I had asked about using them when i first started but i was told that they wouldn't be accurate because the state of ketosis that we reach is so mild. Now if you are using them, i am going out to get some tomorrow! Congrats on your DARK PURPLE! A wonderful shade of my favorite color!

Thanks for thinking of me and popping into my journal to check on me. You're such a sweetie! It sounds as though you're doing really well! Deep purple?? We'll have to start calling you Katie Ketosis!! OMG - the tune to "Lady Madonna" just popped into my head! :bigidea:

My ex-BIL was the biggest Beatles fan I know, and he drank
kool-aid by the color, too! Of course he wasn't a cool dude bro,
