Thanks everyone. I am still not on program. But I am trying the best I can. I do have to go out on friday with the owner for Lunch, then dinner on friday night. The thing that sucks is yes i can make my own choices and say no I can not eat that. But I will be frowned upon. When I do go out to lunch with the boss it is usually a 6-7 course tasting menu. (and wine which i do say no to) appetizer, soup, salad, sorbet, entree, desert, cheese. I do cancel out the desert. But everyone of the others have a product that i sell. If I said no to them it would be like a slap in the face. My boss is very old school. Her father was a 2 star michelin chef in france. And her best friend Is daniel boulud. I will work through it I have in the past and I will do it again. My boss is leaving for france on monday for 3 weeks. And then after that she traveling with all of the other sales reps. So for wright now It looks like I will be back on program saturday.

Doni ( i sell game meats and fresh mushrooms, amish chickens real high end meats for 3-4 star restaurants.)

Well, I still know that you are making good choices in other areas of your life. Sometimes we just have no choice but to do what we have to do. I really wish that I had never gone off the program for my surgery. Getting back on has been very difficult, but I didn't have many options. My doctor wanted me to have more calories for the healing process. I am still wondering if that isn't what has delayed me getting the cast off sooner since I when back on the plan (sort of) before the doc really wanted me to.

Well, this is about you - not about me. You are doing great and you should be proud that you have the strength to admit that you are not on plan. There is no reason to go on when you KNOW that you will be off again for your meals with your boss. In between, make the best choices you can and don't give up just because you have had to make some changes for a short time.

Wow! I AM impressed. Tell me that's not a picture of how you store your medi-grub!! What a GREAT idea!! Living alone I was able to use as much pantry space as needed but this is an idea I could pass on to others!! :D

Hey everyone.

Wow had so much fun at the harlem globe trotters. It kind of gotten a little hairy at the end, Matthew wanted a hgt basketball. I told him no it was too much money. 25.00 (thats not the reason) IF it was just Matthew and us I would of bought the ball for him. But his friends were there and they did not have any money. And I was not going to buy 7 kids a ball.

Hey Mary, yup that is the way I do my medi grub. I hate things in Boxes. You should see my pantry everything is either in containers or ziploc bags. I do not keep cereal in the boxes I have them in rubbermaid containers.

So I started today. I am up But I a know what I did wrong. My husband and I were invited from my chef to go out to dinner last night.

So here is a question, I do not know if it is me or if anyone else does this. When you go off program Why do I stop drinking my water? I end up drinking diet coke, coffee, maybe I will have a seltzer. Does anyone else do that.

Another question My husband thinks I can keep the receipts from Medifast and claim them at the end of the year. I told him no. But my husband thinks he knows everything. :?
