So weight is up to 211. Okay with that. Did not eat anything off plan, except for a little to much sodium. (that filet was yummy) I am trying to drink 150oz of water today. Just to be able to flush the sodium out.

Today is a cruddy day here in Jersey. Raining/snowing/cloudy. BLEEHHH

Tomorrow is suppose to nice out. My hubby and I and Matthew are going to the park with a few of his friends (after he finishes HW) I have noticed that Matthew has gained some weight, so I need to get this in control with out him knowing that I am doing it. I need to start coming up with other snacks and deserts. When he is over his friends house he eats all junk stuff. So I really need to change his eating habits at home, I went out yesterday and bought fruit and I am going to make fruit shish cabobs. I am also taking ff vanilla yougurt and taking a tube of crystal light and mixing it. He will never no the difference.

Well hope everyone his having a great day. :D

1 Gallon of water down. 32oz to go. Need to flush the sodium out of me. And get back on track.

Work is pretty slow. Nobody eats out that much in February.

You are doing so well Katie. Great job on getting a handle on your son's issues too. He will be so much better off if he learns those good eating habits now than if he had to wait until he is grown up. I think it is such a great idea to do family stuff that is healthy too. That way to get some good old fashioned fresh air and exercise as well as time together. You are such a great mom.

Katie I think it's so cool that you guys take time with your son during the week to do something like that.. some of my best memories as a kid weren't of new computers or video games, but of family bike rides and going bowling.

Kelly thanks, Our son is our life, he is our responsibility and there are no words to explain the joy he brings to our life. My husband and I made the decision that we are going to spend as much time with him as we can, because he is growing up so fast. He does not have any siblings, so we make sure we have kids over every weekend.

John and I gave up a lot with our careers. I was working as a private chef in Manhattan and John was becoming a well known chef IN New Jersey. We had plans to Move to Hawaii In January of 1998, to learn the asian cooking techiniques. (which is the hottest cooking style right now) But I got pregnant In November, and then my mother passed in January of 1998. So we decided That we were going to stay local for my father. After Matthew was born I stayed home for 3 months, and then John took off the remaining 9 months. We wanted to make sure Matthew was home with us for 1 year.

John now works for a Company called Sodexho, he is the Exec chef for a major Hospital in NJ. Doesnt sound glamourous, to where we were once in our careers, but he is home everyday at 3:30 and picks Matthew up.

We are both making 1/2 of what we could of been making. But we are so happy. John is Matthews basketball coach, baseball coach. (not football too political)

We might go back into the restaurant field when Matthew goes to college, because we really miss cooking in the kitchen. But who knows things might change. ( I MIGHT WIN THE LOTTERY  )

I know I am rambling. Sigining off for now

Am I happy with that (not really) Yesterday morning got on the scale and it said 208 That would of been a -3.4# weight loss. What happened. Well I will tell you what happened, meat, meat, and more meat. I cooked up that filet mingon for superbowl last night and one thing led to another. It had some salt on it so I think that is why my weight went up. I am fine with it though, because I know that I will flush that out today.

Erica, It is going to be 55 degrees today <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_17_211.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D4%252F4_17_211/image.gif"> I am so excited I am going to go for a long walk with the hubby and let my son ride his bike.

So I have 10.3# away until I get into onderland, I can not wait for that day. I was there a few months ago, and I felt wonderful the clothes were awesome. Need to get this done, have to get this done. want to get this done.
Have a great My friends

We've been having icky weather for the past week. Snow, rain, snow, snow, snow.. and blowing snow. Lovely.

I keep reminding myself of the same things Katie.. wearing summer dresses and not having them look like a muumuu is my current goal. I'm in a stall too and I have no idea what is causing it either. You have the right frame of mind though.. this will pass, as long as we continue on. ;)

Hey Katie - sorry to hear you are stuggling with that awful S word (stall). Have you added exercise? I know you do a lot with your son, but I am talking about added/extra stuff? Maybe it is time to step it up a little. Increasing your speed if you already do some kind of exercise is a good way to bump up your metabolism. Maybe the Momentum products would help ya?

I will try to send you some good Medi-Vibes, but those seem to be short in supply these days.

Blessings

Katie, I wanted to remind you to keep an eye on your measurements too. Maybe the scale is showing muscle gain?? If that is the case you should see measurment losses soon.

Keep your eye on the prize!
