Okay, you have inspired me, I need to finish cleaning out my closet. I'm expecting some new clothes from Mickey any day now so I guess I'll get the job done this afternoon. Enjoy your day!

Hiya KatesMom, Thanks for stopping in my journal.

Today I did not weigh myself (tom) I do not want to go on that scale and say it is over 200# I think I would die. I have been doing really good on plan. Going on day 47 of compliance. 53 more days of the 100 day challenge.

So the weather has just been awful and I am on vacation  I want it to be nice and sunny where I can sit at the pool and tan. Saturday is suppose to be 95. But my sons first football game is on Saturday. And it is going to be so humid. My son came off the field last night saying I like it when it is colder when we practice. He hates to sweat. He has no idea how hot it is going to be.

Well today I am doing nothing but errands. I will talk to everyone soon. Have a great day.

Just got back from doing the couch 2 5k with my son in the park. And I feel awesome. It is only my second time this week and I am on week one. But hey I will take it. I use to not be able to walk to the end of my driveway with out getting exhausted (and that is only 200 steps). Thanks to all of you that exercise you are the ones that motivated me. I feel like i can run a marathon. Well maybe an 1/8th of that.

Hi Katie, I love reading about how are getting healthier! THanks for sharing. Are you doing the 5 & 1 plan or the 6-0..just wondering.

I am doing the 6-0 But I am going to the doctors every month and I am getting blood work every 2 months. My cholesterol is the best it has ever been. I am off nexium for my acid reflux. The only medicine i am on right now is Levoxyll. And I will be on that for the rest of my life.

My doctor wanted me to do the 5-1, I told him I just can not. I am a chef and I go into restaurants everyday ( well now i am in sales I sell high end meats and mushrooms from around the world). And I could not handle the temptation.
