Had a great day. My son his friend and myself walked to the pool went swimming, then we walked his friend home. So we walked in total about 2 miles.
I have been real hungry. I have already eaten and I have also eaten my pickles for the day. I keep drinking water to fill me up. But let me tell you something I feel like I am drinking as much water as niagra falls has
Well I am off

Katie...sounds like you had a great day. At work I have to go downstairs to use the bathroom so when I'm getting all my water in I get some exercise in too! I make many trips.

Thank HB,
Summer is great...................... I love that I have the opportunity to work out of home for 3 days. I love that my son can stay home and not go to daycare. Do not get me wrong, I love the Day care he goes to, they keep him so busy on hikes, water parks, and the zoo. But I also feel like he is on a time line. When he is at home he is not rushed. (also it is nice not paying ) I do have my backdoor neighbor come over from 12-4 and watch him. She is in college and I pay her for those 3 days. She takes him and his friends to the pool on hikes plays baseball with them.....

Anyways I am up .6# :x Have no idea why...... This is the first time this has happened to me. That I have not lost any weight in 4 days. (Dont show JO could this be a plateau    )

I have still been 100% compliant..... Yay me. Going on day 10 of the 100 day cheat free. I have 23# to lose until I post any pictures of me. I have been carying my Photos of me from @ 251.6 Let me tell you it is not a pretty sight, when you go into your purse, and the first thing you see is those scary pictures of myself. So that has been helping me out a lot,

I have been breaking out a lot. I have no idea why though. I have 2 weeks before Tom. You basically can play connect the dots on my face. Which is very unusual..... Mabye something is going on, maybe that is why i am not losing. I am not going to weigh myself again until Sunday.

Katie, stay strong, don't crumble and go off plan. These 'mini-stalls' do happen and can happen for long periods of time....some of us have gotten close or over 2 weeks of seeing the same number of the scale bounce up and down within .5 or a pound over a couple weeks of compliance. You need to not let the scale win over your mind during these times. Changes and improvements are happening even though they aren't always showing up immediately on that darn piece of metal.

You are doing wonderfully and I'm so excited for you for sticking to program!!! :D I look forward to the day that you share with us your photos!

Katie,
Hang in there. 4 days with no loss can be frustrating...but it is temporary. You are doing great and you'll see those numbers drop again.
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

Why do I keep checking the scale during the day. <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_12_12.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D4%252F4_12_12/image.gif">

ohh I too check it during the day. Honestly  we torture ourselves

I reall try to focus on the pants fit, the ring fit, my waist measurement. The scale is not always our friend. You know that tho. So keep doing what you are doing, you will make it.
hugs,
hol

Katie - I check the scale all the time. It's such a terrible habit. I weigh myself before my shower, after I dry off and blow dry my hair, after dinner, when I put my pajamas on, when I go to bed - and even more. If I was at home - that scale would be tied to me. Bad bad habit.

Stay strong though. You are doing such a wonderful job and are succeeding. That's such a wonderful idea to put a picture of you in your purse. I have pictures of me from five years ago on the mirror in my bathroom. Now these pictures were when I weighed about 191-194 and my initial goal was just to hit that. That kept me going when I weighed 236. I still have those pictures on the mirror but I have surpassed that. I am in unknown territory for myself - well unknown for 17 years!!

Keep going Katie - you can do this!!!

Katie, keep going......having a mini stall is 'maintenance training' remember? This is a good thing (maintenance training) so the mini stall is beneficial and helpful...................

Does this conversation remind you of your mom's lecture to eat all your spinach or brussel sprouts (or whatever food was sure to make you feel like hurling) when you were a kid?

The alternative to continuing to stick to program through this stall is to go off program and gain............you are kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place right now and there is really only one wise choice.

You can get through this!!!

You can do it Katie! Be strong because, believe me, it's not a good feeling to go off the 100 day challenge and be mad at yourself. I know!

Hey Katie,

Just stopping by to add some encouragement to your journal. It really is worth hanging in there even when the scale doesn't cooperate. When the scale does finally start to move your way, it just feels that much better :) Hope you're doing well. Take care.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the kind words. I am .6# under ticker. I will take it, any way I can.
Today is going to be one busy day for me. Running around to all of my restaurants. Then I have to go pick up my son. He is doing a Craft Show with my in laws.
Yesterday went to Target and bought me one of those step counters. Hopefully that will motivate me.
Wow I am exhuasted. TGIF.
